Happy Sunday everyone! I hope your weekends were filled with lots of good times, sun, and whatever you love doing whether its hanging out with friends and family or spending some much needed time on your own! I had a pretty relaxing weekend myself, made up mostly of hanging out with the fam and watching lots of tv and movies!
Last week it was my boyfriend Stefan’s birthday and to celebrate we went down to Toronto’s distillery district for a Summerlicious dinner. Summerlicious is a yearly summer event in Toronto where a bunch of restaurants have set choose-from meals for a really great deal. We went to Archeo and it was DELISH! For the app we got the calamari and I’ve never had anything like it before- there was an asian twist to it and it blew my mind!!! Originally I wanted it to be a blog pic-free night, but it was just TOO cool down there not to snap some shots ;). Before dinner we walked around, making our way into shops and to-die-for bakeries that we planned to get dessert at but were of course too full after our meal. It’s a lovely place to stroll around and they have some really awesome stores like an antique furniture shop and a wacky shoe store haha. The distillery also has this LOVE sign, featured in the pic above, so obviously we had to take a classic couple shot there 🙂 On to the outfit…I love this romper that I got from Urban Outiftters a couple years ago. My sister also has it in purple so I will probably feature that one soon too! It’s really nice on its own but I thought the sequinned vest gave it a really nice, glam-but-not-too-galmaorous-really-just-funky look. And I haven’t featured this Roots bag recently. I am totally obsessed. It is perfect for so many different occasions like work, exploring a new place, going shopping, etc. etc. etc.
What did you guys get up to this weekend? And what do you think of the gold sequins for a glam/funky touch to my outfit?
